平面迹线油箱自动焊接机

汽车油箱是用缝焊机将上下2部分焊接而成的。焊接迹线是不规则的平面曲线。自动焊接机采用仿形内齿圈，用内齿轮传动与直线导板约束，实现焊接迹线；用力矩电动机驱动解决运动同步问题；用肘杆装置承载油箱与托盘重量，可使其几乎无阻力地在平面内任意运动。使用该焊机可实现油箱自动进给进行焊接，降低了人工劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

Automatic Welder for Plane Trace Gas Tank

The auto gas tank is made by seam welder to weld the top and bottom parts together. The welding trace is an irregular plane curve. This automatic welder uses profile modeling ring gear and uses its internal gear transmission as well as contrains with the linear guiding board to achieve the welding trace; uses torque motor to achieve synchronous motion; uses toggle rod system to support the weight of the tank and pallet, which makes them move freely in the plane with little resistance. The use of above mentioned welder can realize auto feeding welding with less labor intensity and better production efficiency.
