重力灌装阀的改进

灌装阀是灌装机的核心部件之一,其中重力灌装阀最为常见。在生产中，重力灌装阀存在易喷料、瓶口密封圈易损伤等缺点。作者通过对重力灌装阀的工作原理与结构的研究分析，在原结构的基础上增加了限位保护套，对灌装阀杆进行了分段式设计，有效地延长了密封圈的使用寿命，减少了饮料产品的质量隐患。

Improvement on Gravity Filling Valve

Filling valve is one of the key components of the filling machine, and gravity filling valve is the most common one. In production, there are some shortcomings in the gravity filling valve, such as the splashing of beverage liquid, easy aging in bottle mouth seal and so on. By the research and analysis for working principle and structure of the gravity filling valve, two limit protective casings were added on the original structure of the filling valve, and a sectional design was made on the valve stem. As a result, the service life of the seal ring is increasing, and quality problems for beverage are reduced.
