高精度数控立式磨床磨头改进及精度修复

摘    要:为解决国产数控立式磨床在加工大锥度内孔零件时磨头有发热且振动现象,通过对磨头进行拆检并组织专业人员进行分析和研究,改进了磨头轴承内圈锁紧及拉紧结构,选用角接触球轴承。改进结果表明: 选用角接触球轴承大大增加了轴承的轴向承载力,加固磨头后端弹簧拉紧力排除了磨头轴向串动,调整可调夹圈的配比消除了轴承轴向间隙,延长了轴承的使用寿命,这种改进方案满足了实际加工过程中高效率、高精度的要求。

Abstract:In order to solve CNC vertical milling when process the large taper hole parts the grinding head is heat and vibration, based on overhauling the grinding head and organizing professional personnel to analyze and study, and made decision to improve the locking and tightening structure of the grinding head bearing inner ring and change with angular contact ball bearing. The results show that selection of angular contact ball bearing can greatly increase the bearing axial bearing capacity; reinforcing the spring tension force of grinding head back end can exclude the axial motion of grinding head, adjusting ratio of the adjustable clamping ring can eliminate the axial clearance of the bearing and increase the service life of bearings. This improvement scheme can meet the reguirements of high efficiency and high precision in actucl processing.
