| 摘 要： | 我国县域经济的发展,特别是发展较快的县市,大都离不开县域企业的支撑。本土化知识一直是县域企业管理与绩效所依托的无形的重要资源,在企业内部其自身转化的同时带动了管理与绩效的提升。因反馈作用又促使本土化知识的转化进而使三者共同提高,呈现螺旋式上升。在县域企业管理中,只有依托本土化知识,才能形成适应自身特点的管理模式,才能提升企业绩效水平。

| Abstract: | China＇s township-level economy depends greatly on the growth of local enterprises.The knowledge localization not only has been important intangible resources supporting business management and performance,but also upgraded the management and performance when it is applied by these enterprises.Therefore,a spiral rise appears as the above-mentioned upgrading progresses the transformation of the localized knowledge and the economy.The only way to form a suitable management mode and upgrade business performance of township-level enterprises is to make a fully use of the knowledge localization. |
