| 摘 要： | 提高中小学生法律素质,既是推进素质教育的必然要求,也是依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的重要内容。文章从消化——学法、内化——守法、转化——用法、强化——护法四个方面,循序渐进地论述了提高中小学生法律素质的途径与方法。并指出,提高中小学生的法律素质将是一个长期的过程。

| Abstract: | It's necessary to improve the students' law-quality in primary schools and secondary school.It can not only can improve the orientation education, but also administer the country according to law.It is also an important part of building socialism legal country with law.This article talks about the methods of improving the students' law quality from four aspects: studying law, abiding by law, using law and proteccting law .At last the writer points out that improving the students' law quality will be a long-term process. |
