| Abstract: | The basic tasks of linguistics should not only include exploring the fundamental laws of languages,revealing language universals,but also ultimately promoting the oneness into which all languages merge.This paper attempts to study feasibility of oneness into which all languages merge by analyzing the four aspects shared across human races: biological,psychological,competence and language universal features. |
