| 摘 要： | 古代蒙古族人民在长期师法自然、选择自然的生产生活过程中,形成了诸多人与自然和谐相处、永续利用自然资源的习惯和习俗,并制定了相应的自然资源保护法律法规。这些古老的自然资源保护法律规定对保护蒙古族人民赖以生存的自然资源,调整人与自然资源间的矛盾,以及永续利用自然资源等均具有重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | Ancient Mongol people have got a habit of utilizing the natural resources forever based on the harmonious relationship between men and nature during the process of adapting to the life of nature and choosing nature.And correspondingly they enact the regulation of protection natural resources.These ancient natural resources protection legal rules are useful for protecting natural resources on which Mongol people rely,lessening the conflicts between men and natural resources and making use of resources.It provides valuable reference for the protection of the environment nowadays.This article discussed the value of Natural Resources Protection Law on the aspect of protecting resources and making use of it forever by refining Natural Resources Protection Law of Ancient Mongol and referring to our country Natural Resources Protection Law or rules,so as to provide a salutary reference.To boosting our country environmental protection. |
