以就业为导向 培养高素质植保人才——“农业植物病理学”的教学改革

根据多变的毕业生就业形势，对植保专业“农业植物病理学”教学改革进行了探讨。以就业为导向，从更新教学观念、改革实践教学、改革教学环节和教学方法等几个方面进行大胆尝试，教学手段上利用多媒体教学，教学方法上形成“讲授、讨论、实验实习”三位一体教学法，结合生产实践，激发学生学习的主动性和积极性，着力培养学生动手能力，培养学生热爱专业、与人协作的综合素质。通过几年的探索，明显地提高了课程教学质量。

According to the changeable employment situation of graduates, the teaching reform of plant protection major＇ s Agricultural Plant Pathology was discussed. Taking employment as the guide, bold attempts are made from the aspects of teaching concept renewal, updating teaching concepts, reforming practical teaching, teaching links and teaching methods. In teaching means, multimedia is used, in teaching methods, a trinity teaching method of ＂lecturing, discussing, experimenting and practicing＂ is formed. Combined with production practice, students＇ initiative and activeness are stimulated. At the same time, students＇ practical ability can be cultivated, and their comprehensive quality of loving their specialty and cooperating with others can be trained. Through several years＇ exploration, the curriculum teaching quality has been significantly enhanced.
