The multicultural social background easily leads contemporary undergraduates to generate confusion in choosing various values.University moral education should not only strengthen the education of social mainstream values,but also develop the students＇ ability for value judgment.To do so,the premise is to know clearly the criteria of value judgment while the key is to respect their dominant position and the effective measure is to carry on values education in life situations and practice.This is a systematic and long-term project.It is essential to know the criteria of the value judgments,respect the dominant position of the students,with clear ideas and appropriate methods.Only in this way can the educated be ensured the improvement of their ability to judge the values,enabling them to make the right judgments and choices,not getting lost when they face the various values.
