| 摘 要： | 近代是传奇杂剧最后一个繁荣发展的时期，近代传奇杂剧在题材、艺术、文体、语言等各个方面对中国戏剧史作出了突出贡献。近代传奇杂剧在近代戏剧的三足鼎立格局中，在整个传奇杂剧发展史上，在中国戏剧从古典形态到现代形态的历史转换过程中，都具有特殊的意义，近代传奇杂剧应当在中国戏剧史上占有重要地位。
