浅谈公共管理中的公众参与机制的建设

公共管理是现代政府治理的新模式,强调公众的参与是推动民主政治的重要途径。本文主要从公众参与的制度建立,程序规范,公众主人翁意识以及社会中介组织培育三个方面提出健全机制的构想;并对建设公众参与机制的社会环境进行了一定的分析。

A Brief Discussion about the Construction of Public Participation Mechanism in Public Management

Public management is a new management form of our government.Paying attention to public participation is an important way to promote the development of democatic politics.This paper analyzes the social environment of constructing the public participation mechanism,and puts forward our view on its construction from the following three aspects: establishing public participation system,regulating its procedure,and improving public's master-consciousness and developing social media.
