经济法与和谐社会理念之契合

长期以来，经济法作为现代法，基于其产生的背景，具有协调社会经济总体利益，实现实质公平正义的理念。这与目前构建和谐社会，在以人为本、社会本位、平衡协调、发展经济以及公平正义等方面都有契合之处。为了实现经济法理念，充分发挥经济法在构建和谐社会中的作用，应加强立法，提高主体守法自觉性，完善司法，改革管理体制以实现和谐执法。

The Coincidence between Economic Law and the Concept of a Harmonious Society

For a long time,economic law,as a modern law,has been coordinating the whole social benefit and realizing social justice,which is coincident with the concept of a harmonious society.To realize the concept of economic law and fully play its role in constructing a harmonious society,we should strengthen legislation,perfect judicature,reform management system,and execute the law in a harmonious way.
