| 摘 要： | 杜拉克的目标管理理论对当前高校管理工作具有很强的借鉴意义。通过阐述高校学生管理工作的特殊性及存在的主要问题,结合源起于美国企业的目标管理理论,对加强和改进新时期高校学生管理工作进行了初步探讨。
