| 摘 要： | 积极提倡和大力加强自主创新,到2020年使我国进入国际创新型国家行列,这是我国党和政府综合分析世界科技发展大势和我国所处历史阶段提出的面向未来的重大战略决策,是落实科学发展观、以开创社会主义现代化建设新局面的重大战略举措.为此,本文在认真调查分析的基础上对自主创新的发展动因、核心作用、产业转型、对策等方面进行了研究与阐述,供政府部门、现代企业和大专院校的学者和相关人士参考. |
