加强思想政治教育学科建设的若干问题

思想政治教育学科建设是思想政治教育人才培养基地的基本建设,应充分认识其重要性和必要性。加强思想政治教育学科建设,既要抓好学科理论体系建设,又要抓好学科专业体系建设;既应重视思想政治教育的意识形态功能,又必须重视人的发展功能;既要提倡、鼓励实证研究、实验研究和跟踪调查,又应加强思想政治教育学科的基础研究;在学科理论体系建设中,既要重视主干学科建设,又要抓好分支学科建设;既要为高校服务,培养人才,也要进一步扩大服务面和适应性,为全社会的发展服务。

On problems in developing ideological and political science education

The development of political and ideological science education is a fundamental requirement in training talents in this science, whose importance is a matter of course. To enhance this development, we need to exert efforts: to pay attention to the theoretical development of the political and ideological science as well as to the professional system of the subject; to emphasize the ideological function as well as man's developing function; to encourage positivist research, empirical research, follow-up investigation as well as fundamental research; in developing the theoretical system, to emphasize the main subject as well as the branch subjects; to train talents for universities' sustainable development as well as for a wider range of services and adaptation to the whole society.
