试论农村消费者权益保护

构建和谐社会，建设社会主义新农村，亟需依法保护农村消费者的合法权益。以保护农民消费权益为研究目的，报告了我国农村消费者权益保护的现状及存在的问题。从国家、社会、农村消费者三个层面分析了问题的成因。应完善立法，加大行政保护力度，健全维权组织机构，加强司法保护，完善救济措施，构建以国家保护为主导，社会保护和农村消费者自我保护相结合的全方位保护体制。
