| 摘 要： | 随着实施积极财政政策力度的加大 ,国债成为推动经济增长的巨大动力 ,在国债投资效率不高的情况下 ,我国经济增长基本上是依靠国债积累率 ,进一步说是依靠国债规模投资的推动。本文在重点分析国债规模投资形成机理的基础上 ,提出三条对策性建议
