摘    要:为解决化学融雪剂腐蚀桥梁结构和污染环境的问题,提出桥面敷设加热电缆方式除冰雪技术方案,以30 m预应力混凝土T梁桥、沥青混凝土桥面为分析对象,进行了瞬态热分析和稳态热分析,系统研究了在桥面加热升温和稳态融雪节段加热功率与环境温度和环境风速的关系。经分析可知桥面加热过程可分为滞后、升温和稳态三个阶段,得出了一些有意义的结论,可为桥面敷设加热电缆除冰雪设计提供理论参考。

Analysis of Optimizing Bridge Deck Snowmelt Electric Heating Power

Abstract:To solve the problem of bridge structure eroding and environment pollution that could be caused by chemical snow melting agents, the snowmelt technology of laying electric heating cable in bridge deck is put forward. Takinge 30 m pre stressed concrete T shape beam bridge with asphalt concrete pavement as analysis object, the instantaneous and steady state thermal analyses are made. The relation of heating power with environmental wind speed and environmental temperature are studied in detail at heating up phase and steady snowmelt state. The study result shows that the process of bridge deck heating includes lag phase, heating up phase and steady snowmelt state. Some meaningful conclusions are got, which may provide theory reference for bridge deck electric heating snowmelt designing.
