| Abstract: | Marketable interest rate is the field in which the market-oriented reform of our country has not been involved yet, the regulations about interest rate of our country has already hampered economy of our country progress at present.It needs to carry on the reform urgently.Marketable interest rate can improve financial efficiency, bring about an advance in economy, but the reform means risks and challenges. We should take suitable means to reduce the risks and loss with the countermeasures. |
