“经济人”假设与制度认同

"经济人"是西方经济学理论中的最基本假定,"经济人"是追求自身利益最大化的利益主体,但它必须受制于制度的约束。制度是规则的集合,是一系列正式约束和非正式约束组成的规则网络。但一种制度框架只有经过制度认同,经过所有公民价值批判后,才能为人们所认肯和接受,公民才会以此来规范自己的行为,这个社会才会有基本公正的秩序。
