| 摘 要： | 运用农产品价值链与流通效率的理论,针对山西芦笋市场两种流通模式——＂公司＋农户＂和＂公司＋合作组织＋农户＂,结合实际,进行了系统的比较,认为＂公司＋合作组织＋农户＂流通模式可极大提高山西芦笋产业的流通效率,促使山西芦笋产业的规模化发展。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the agricultural products value chain and interflow efficiency,according to the two models of commodities interflow in the Shanxi Asparagus market——＂ company＋farmers＂ and＂ company＋cooperation organization＋farmers＂,combined both with practical work,through a comparative study.And the conclusion is drawn that the model of commodities interflow＂ company＋cooperation organization＋farmers＂ will greatly enhance the interflow efficiency of the Shanxi Asparagus market and spur the Shanxi Asparagus market on to scalization development. |
