对中国先进文化的认识及其建设的思考

中国共产党人历来高度重视先进文化的建设。中国先进文化是与马克思主义相吻合的，并始终坚持马克思主义指导的社会主义的文化；是面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来的文化；是立足中国现实，体现中国国情，具备中国风格，形成中国气派，具有民族特色，弘扬民族精神的文化；是人民创造并服务于人民的文化；是以科学为基础，不断地吸收和反映人类科学技术优秀成果的文化；是倡扬社会公平，主张社会正义，促进社会和谐，不断推进人的全面发展的文化；是始终战斗的文化。努力推进中国先进文化的建设必须认清中国的文化国情；必须坚持马克思主义的指导，有助于全面建设小康社会，正确处理各方面的关系；必须努力构建社会主义的核心价值体系；必须遵循文化建设发展的规律。

Thoughts on Understanding Chinese Advanced Culture and Its Construction

Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to the construction of advanced culture.The advanced culture is the socialist culture that is accord with Marxism,and is always under the guide of Marxism,that is geared to the needs of modernization,of the world and of the future,that is based on China's realities,is of Chinese style and national characteristics,and carries forward the national spirit,that is by the people and for the people,that is based on the science,constantly absorb and reflect the achievements of human science and technology,that advocates the social morality and social justices,advances social harmony,and promotes the all-round development of man,and that is always fighting.To promote Chinese advanced culture and construction must understand the cultural realities of China,must always adhere to Marxism,which is contributed to construct well-off society and to correctly handle relationships of every aspect,must try to build the core value system of socialism,and must follow the laws of cultural construction development.
