| 摘 要： | 地理标志的国际保护始于《巴黎公约》，但TRIPS协议对地理标志的保护最全面、保护标准最高。分析了地理标志保护的相关国际公约，阐述了世界贸易组织多哈回合关于地理标志保护谈判的最新进展以及我国在TRIPS协议新一轮国际谈判中应持的态度。
