摘    要:传统电视购物正朝着目录购物、电话购物、广播购物、网络购物以及新媒体购物——“大媒体购物”方向发展,需要融汇学术含量,加大研发力度,尽快制订出台《电视购物行业标准》,强化品牌建设,推进管理创新。

Abstract:TV-shopping in China is facing new opportunities and challenges. Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications has taken the lead in the first TV-shopping research and development centre in China. This has created conditions for the healthy and orderly development of the industry, the integration of business and academy as well. The media shopping, in diverse ways like TV, Broadcast, Internet, is a crucial part in modern service industry. Besides, innovation builds the goal for the media shopping, which is elaborated in system, management and brand.
