| Abstract: | This paper discussed the present situation of talent's development in the northeast old industrial base and the status of talents resources in revitalizing the northeast old industrial base.The conclusion is that in order to revitalize economy in northeast China,the human resource is the key issue.Finally,it elaborated the talent's development strategy of the northeast old industrial base. |
