基于第三方物流的原材料供货的安全性评价

进入21世纪，第三方物流正在向着专业化的方向发展。企业往往将物流外包给专业的物流服务商，来保证供货等物流操作流程的安全性。因此，安全性评估也是对第三方物流企业服务水平进行评估的重要方面。论文根据第三方物流服务商的实际供货流程，确立了安全性评估的指标体系；应用灰色关联度法对供货流程中影响5个操作环节安全性的主致因进行分析；应用灰色指标定权聚类法对5个操作环节进行安全性的聚类分析与比较。基于评价结果，论文给出了评论与建议，为安全性对策、方针提供思路。

Safety Evaluation Research of the Material Supply on the Third Party Logistics

Entering the 21 st century, the third party logistics is experiencing the professionalization. Enterprises unusually outsource their logistics function to professional logistics providers to ensure a safe logistics handling. Therefore, the safety evaluation is an important aspect of the services capability of third party logistics companies. According to the 3PL＇ s actual supply procedure, we establish the evaluation system. Applying the grey incidence degree analysis into the single operation link, we give the analysis of the main risk factor during the raw material receiving operation. By the grey clustering method, we present the safety clustering analysis and comparison of the material receiving operations in terms of 5 operation links. Moreover, this thesis gives out the comment and suggestion for the evaluation results.
