| 摘 要： | 在1978~2005年间,安徽省物质资本存量和人力资本存量对经济增长的贡献率分别为35.21%和39.98%,人力资本对经济增长的贡献分为直接贡献和间接贡献两部分,其中间接贡献占总贡献的比例为31%。人力资本对经济增长影响的隐蔽性要求我们重新认识人力资本的重要性。另外,与物质资本相比,人力资本对经济增长的边际贡献率要高。因此,我们要进一步加大对人力资本的投资。

| Abstract: | From 1978 to 2005,the contribution rates of the substance capital and the human capital accumulation to the economic growth of Anhui province are respectively 35.21% and 39.98%.The contribution of human capital to the economic growth includes direct and the indirect contribution,among which 31% of the total contribution is indirect.The potential nature of the influence of human capital on economic growth makes it necessary that we reconsider the importance of human capital.In addition,compared with the substance capital,the marginal rate of contribution of human capital to economic growth is higher,so we should further increase the investment of human capital. |
