| Abstract: | The circulation of the country land is the objective requirement of the sustainable development in agriculture, and also is the effective route to solve the problem of the agriculture, peasant and country. The target of the changing of China's farming land is the organic combination of justice and efficiency. In order to achieve this target, the corresponding policy design mainly include: actively fostering the farming land market, moderately purifying the reformation of the farming land property rights policy, strengthening the government macro-regulation and strongly developing the country medium service organization. |
