| 摘 要： | 高校的发展,不完全取决于学校自身拥有多少资源,关键是看整合了多少资源,运作了多少资源。地方高校特别是新建地方高校,必须拓宽思路,深化改革,整合和利用好校内外教育资源,提高教育资源的利用率。
