| Abstract: | Social development has changed the rural order in China,which made rural rule of law in trouble.Against the reasons of plight,we should strengthen the rule of law in rural areas in these respects such as legal beliefs,bodies of rule of law,administrative and judicial system,democratic participation mechanism and so on. |
