关于成人教育质量问题的思考

随着成人教育规模的扩大,其质量问题日益突出。文章具体分析了影响成人教育质量的诸多因素,并将这些因素归纳为指导思想不端正,缺少理念的引导,发展基础薄弱,教师素质偏低和经费投入不足等。通过分析这些不利的因素,文章认为,这些因素的克服具有长期性、系统性、艰巨性,办学实体必须为解决这些问题进行广泛的探索和实践。

Reflection on the Quality of Adult Education

With the expansion of the scale in adult education,its inferior quality is becoming a prominent problem.This article analyzes the factors that affect the quality of adult education in detail. These factors are lack of correct guiding ideology,lack of concept to guide the students, lack of strong foundation to develop, lack of high quality team of teachers,and lack of sufficient fund. After analyzing these factors,the article concludes that removing these factors is a long-term,systematic and tough job.A school has to make wide exploration and practice for solving these problems.
