| 摘 要： | 对英国、美国、香港和台湾银行定义以及银行法适用范围进行了研究。分析了我国商业银行法的定义,并建议在坚持形式认定主义的同时,修正该法第87条,对一些关键性的概念如存款、贷款加以明确界定。

The Definition of Commercial Bank and the Application Scope of Commercial Bank Law |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the definition of bank and the application scope of law in Britain, USA, Hong Kong and Taiwan. And it analyzes the definition of commercial bank in our Commercial Bank Law and suggests that formation should be insisted on, and at the same time Article 87 should be amended and some key concepts such as "deposit" and "loan" should be clearly defined. |
