我国的农民流动与乡村治理

文章在回顾改革开放前乃至建国前我国农民流动情况的基础上，着力分析了改革开放以来在农民大量流动的背景下，我国乡村治理的变迁。文章认为，改革开放所带来的农民大规模流动，打破了传统农村的封闭格局以及与此相适应的乡村治理结构，由此推动着我国乡村治理从封闭向开放、从传统型向现代型的转变。

The Farmer-flow and Rural Governance in China

This paper reviews the farmers' flowing before the reform and opening up, even before the founding of the PRC, and focuses on the analysis of the changes of rural governance in the context of a large number of farmer-flow since the reform and opening up in our country. The paper's opinion is that the reform and opening up has brought the massive flow of farmers, and it has broken the closed traditional pattern in rural areas and rural administration structure, and finally it has promoted the transformation of the rural governance from "closed to open" and from the tradition to the modern in China.
