| Abstract: | The Phenomenon of enterprise's malpractice is a critical problem which destructes the world's economic development. We can not remove its adverse influence if we consider it as a type of ordinary activity. If we should set up an anti-malpractice theory scientifically,So we can use it to guide our country's state-owned enterprises. |
