| 摘 要： | 结合郑州市交通拥堵实际,分析了政府在治理交通拥堵中存在缺乏＂以人为本＂、＂人性化＂的理念,政府职能部门各自为政,不能打＂组合拳＂等问题,这也是交通拥堵的重要原因。在此基础上,提出了政府治理交通拥堵的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Combined with the actual traffic congestion,zhengzhou city,this paper analyses the traffic congestion in management existing in the lack of ＂people-oriented＂,＂human nature is changed＂ concept,the functions of the government sector each does things in his own way,can＇t play ＂combination＂ and so on,and it is also an important reason for traffic congestion.Based on this,proposed the government management traffic jams countermeasures and Suggestions. |
