| 摘 要： | 素质教育的主要目的在于实现知识背景交叉化、综合能力现代化和个人素质全面化的人才培养目标。高校法学教育肩负着传承法律知识、法律技能和法律精神的使命,肩负着为国家、社会培养法律人才的重任,必须构建高效的法学素质教育的运行机制,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | The aim of quality education is to train talents with interdisciplinary knowledge,modern competence and comprehensive qualities.The law education in colleges has a mission to spread legal knowledge,legal skills and legal spirit and train talents for the country,so colleges of law must build an effective law quality education mechanism and raise the teaching quality. |
