| 摘 要： | 新农村建设要依靠有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,因此培养新型农民是新农村建设的重要任务和必然要求。在培养新型农民过程中,如何确保留住人才即培养的有效性是最关键性问题。在界定新型农民内涵的基础上,对于新型农民培养过程中的阻碍因素进行分析和探讨,解决新型农民的来源、培养有效性、培养方式等问题,通过各级政府、企事业单位和媒体多方共同努力,实现新型农民培养的有效性。

| Abstract: | New rural construction relies on the new-type farmers who are educated and skilled.Therefore,to train new-type farmers is an important task and an inevitable requirement in the new rural construction.During the course of training,how to retain farming talents is the most critical issue.This paper defines the features of new-type farmers,analyzes obstacles in the process of training new-type farmers,and discusses the effective training methods of new-type farmers through the joint efforts of governments,enterprises,institutions and media. |
