| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是学院建设的重要内容，是和谐校园建设的重要组成部分，也是构建和谐社会的重要方式之一。高职教育是“以人为本”的教育，在能力培养的同时，要搭建一个精神与文化建设的育人平台，校园文化建设是实现这个育人平台的重要手段。建设高职校园文化必须明确高职校园文化的内涵、特征、功能和价值。

| Abstract: | The building of campus culture is an important part of college development as well as the build-ing of a harmonious campus and a harmonious society. Since higher vocational colleges and universities are people oriented, they should build a platform for spiritual and cultural construction while paying due atten-tion to the improvement of the students＇ abilities. The building of campus culture is an important measure to fulfill such a goal. In doing so, higher vocational colleges and universities should have a clear mind in the connotations, features, functions and values of their campus culture. |
