安徽高职学生职业礼仪教育现状实证分析

摘    要:从实证研究的角度出发,通过问卷调查与个别访谈等相结合,对安徽省示范性高职院校的职业礼仪教育现状进行带调查,结果显示:现有职业礼仪教育目标比较模糊、观念相对滞后、教育效果不甚明显等。要改变这种状态,必须转变思想观念,积极构建高职学生职业礼仪养成的师资队伍;注重积极引导,努力开拓高职学生职业礼仪教育途径;努力搭建平台,积极实现高职学生职业礼仪养成的实践创新;注重合力作用,不断丰富高职学生职业礼仪教育的人文营养。

Abstract:From the point of empirical study,through questionnaire and individual interviews,a survey is conducted concerning the professional etiquette education in the demonstrating vocational colleges in Anhui Province.The results show that:the current educational objectives are vague and backward,and the teaching effect is not obvious.It is suggested to change the mind,build the teachers team,instruct actively and explore the teaching approaches,build a platform to realize practical innovation,and enrich the professional etiquette education in a humanistic way.
