Market Economy and Legal Order--from the Perspective of View of Institutional Supplies

From the perspective of economics, the article holds that market economy is the main form which is based on market mechanism and spontaneously finishes the distrubition of social resources, so the insufficiency caused by its spontaneousness and blindness must be supplemented by another social control form. Taking stock trasaction for the example, the authors state the relationship between the market order and the institutional supplies, and using the example of "Qiuju Go To Court", the authors also show clealy the predicament in the order of law under the conditions of our country's modern market economy. Based on it, the article has established the basic frame about the order of law under the market economic conditions from seven aspects-the universality of law, etc.
