| 摘 要： | 创新人才是知识经济的支柱,创新教育是培养创新人才的基础。实施创新教育必须首先推动相应的教育机制变革。本文认为由知识本位教育向能力本位教育转化是促进创新教育的基础,由共性教育向个性教育转化是促进创新教育的手段,由封闭教育向开放教育转化是促进创新教育的形式,由普职分立走向普职互融是促进创新教育的途径,由继续教育向终身教育发展是促进创新教育的保证。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents are the pillar of knowledge economy and innovative education is the basis to train innovative talents. The article expounds that transmitting the education from knowledge - based to ability - based is the foundation to promote innovative education, changing the general education into specific education is the means to promote innovative education, turning the closed educatin to the open one is the mode of promoting innovative education, transforming the seperated general and vocational education to merged one is the ways to promote innovative education and changing the continuous education to life - long education is the guarantee of promoting innovative education. |
