| Abstract: | To promote actively transfornation of surplus labour in Agriculture and solve employment forfarmers is an essential problem in construction of modernizations at present in China.We should fully develop the function of main guide in the work,reform system of household register,develop rural education,raise the ability of farmers to employment and help them trasforming to non-agriculture. |
