国债理论的演进及对我国国债政策的启示

西方各个经济学派对国 债的认识和看法的差别来自于当时不同的经济现实。中国国债和国债理论的发展比较晚，因 此研究和借鉴西方国债理论仍然具有重要意义。近年来，我国政府运用扩张性的经济政 策刺激国内需求，国债规模随之迅速扩大。目前及今后一段时间，国债规模仍然有扩大的空 间，扩张的国债政策仍然是我国主要的经济政策之一。

Evolution of National Debt Theory and Enlightenment to China's National Debt Policy

The different knowledge and view of national debt, which various sch ools of economics have, are from different reality of economic development at th at time. Compared with western countries, China lags behind in national deat and its develepment, so it is important for us to study and learn from western theory of national debt. In recent years, the scale of national debt of China h as been broadened rapidly because of the usage of expansionary fiscal policy . It is still useful to continue carrying out expansionary policy of national debt wi thin a few years in future, so it is still one of the main economic policies o f China.
