| 摘 要： | 深化国企改革,三年走出困境既是机遇又是挑战,这需要国家在税收、保险、金融、价格等财经政策方面予以倾斜和配套措施的扶持,而企业自身要以现代企业制度为要求,加强管理,提高自身市场竞争力,需要国家、企业、个人三方面共做出努力,共渡难关,实现三年走出困境。

| Abstract: | It is both the chance and challenge for the state - owned enterprise to free itself from diffuculties in three years. The government should have its polices in favor of, among other things, tax, insurance, finance, price and so on. At the same time, supporting measures should keep in step with them. The enterprise must make the most of modern enterprise mechanism, strengthen the management and heighten the market competence. In a word, to get rid of the current difficulties in three years, a joint effort should be made by the government, the enterprise and the individual. |
