| 摘 要： | 近几年以来，外语界越来越重视对英语阅读教学的研究。传统的阅读教学主要从词汇、句子、语篇、图式理论、认知等角度展开，尽管取得了一定成效，但并未从根本上解决传统阅读教学存在的问题。本文主要采用肯尼斯·伯克的同一理论，试图从新的理论角度启迪英语阅读教学，力求创造和谐的阅读氛围，激发学生的阅读兴趣和热情，提高他们的阅读能力。
