利用FDI的根本目的应该是培养自己的创新能力,培育出自己的竞争优势;安徽省利用FDI缓解了资金不足问题,促进了产业、企业结构调整和外贸出口,但在外贸竞争优势的培育上仍存在不足;创造充分的竞争环境、加大引资与结构调整力度、注重大型跨国公司的引入、铸造和强化自有知识产权的品牌等,是培育安徽外贸竞争优势的有效途径。

On using FDI to improve foreign trade competitive superiority of Anhui province

The ultimate aim of using FDI is to bring up the innovation ability and the competitive superiority of ourselves. The FDI make up the capital shortage of Anhui province, facilitate the structure adjustment of industry and enterprise, and the foreign trade exports. But shortages are still existing in improving the foreign trade competitive superiority of Anhui. So complete competitive environment has to be created. Strength of attracting FDI and structure adjustment should be consolidated. Multinational corporations should also be introduced especially and the knowledge property rights of our brands should be founded and strengthened. All of these are the effective approach to improve the competitive superiority of Anhui province.
