唐蕃古道探析

唐蕃古道在汉藏文化交流史上有着极其重要的作用,就目前所掌握的材料,重点对唐蕃古道的唐蕃段、蕃尼段的形成原因及其所承载的政治、经济、文化等方面的意义进行重新探讨。唐蕃古道的唐蕃段并不是一些学者所认为的在文成公主下嫁吐蕃后才迎来了短暂的黄金期,这条道路在汉藏关系紧张时期同样是两国使者和后勤保障部队的主要通道,在大部分时间也是畅通的。蕃尼段在中印、藏印文化交流过程中起了重要的作用,这条道路对于吐蕃王国的重要意绝不亚于在中印文化史上的意义。

Study on the Road of Tang and Tubo

The Road of Tang and Tubo was very important in the cultural communication of the Han and Tibetans. Based on the current research materials, this paper studies the formation causes and its political, economic and cultural significance. This paper doesn＇t agree that the Tang-Bo part came into its short golden period after Princess Wencheng were married in Tubo. This view is debatable. Most of the time, the road was unlocked even if the relations between the two countries were tense, and was the main road for their ambassadors and logistics forces. The Bo-Ni part played an important role in the history of China-India and Tibet-India. This road is more important for the Tubo kingdom than in China-India history.
