| 摘 要： | 法经济学的主要内容和对法经济学的批判,都表明法经济学的应用范畴是有限的。海商法研究是适宜应用法经济学分析的典型领域,但我国海商法研究对法经济学理论的应用水平还有待提高,并应以科斯进路作为长远发展方向。
