| 摘 要： | 葛兰西的"文化领导权"理论提出"文化领导权"的要义在于市民社会各阶层的"同意",在赢得政权之前就开始行使文化领导权,以及文化和意识形态的领导权对国家主权安全具有重要性等独特见解,对于当前我国加强文化建设,增强我国国家软实力有着重要的理论和现实意义.

| Abstract: | The significance of "Culture Leadership" proposed in Gransey's "Culture Leadership" theory lies in the "agreement" of all levels of townspeople society.Before winning power,culture leadership was exercised.The unique opinions on the culture and ideology leadership concerning the importance of the state sovereignty are of theoretic and real significance towards strengthening the culture construction and promoting the soft power in China at present. |
