| Abstract: | The library in the institution of higher learning enjoys unrivalled superiority in training students' quality. The role it plays cannot be replaced with class education. Therefore, the library in the institution of higher learning should have elegant and quiet surroundings, a rich collection and hi-quality librarians. Meanwhile, it should set up an information system for quality-oriented education, develop a new field for service and actively carry out quality-oriented education of students so as to bring it into full play in the quality-oriented education. |
